| 1. | This permission expires on 27th November 2000 and unless on or before this
date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission
and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the
portacabin shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short
lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the
locality. |
| 2. | The existing trellis screen adjacent to the north west and north east sides
of the portacabin shall not be removed whilst the portacabin remains on the
site.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and in the
interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining
property. |
| 3. | The existing planting associated with the trellis screen shall not be
removed whilst the portacabin remains on the site, except where it is
replaced and/or supplemented by the planting of Russian Vine. Such
planting shall be carried out within two months of the date of this
permission.

| 4. | Glazing to the windows in the north east and south east elevations of the
portacabin shall remain obscured whilst the portacabin remains on the site.
