| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the accommodation hereby permitted being brought into use the
existing temporary office buiding shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure that sufficient area is available for the parking of cars. |
| 3. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the facing bricks
and cladding have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning
Authority.

In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of
these materials have not been submitted. |
| 4. | The car parking area indicated on the submitted drawing No.594/98/01A shall
be utilised for the parking of vehicles only and shall remain free of all
storage or obstruction.

| 5. | The office accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used in conjunction
with the adjacent industrial unit unless otherwise agreed in writing with
the Local Planning Authority.
