| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the parking area being brought into use the parking spaces shall be laid out in accordance with the submitted details and thereafter used only for the parking of cars. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision and retention of parking to serve the adjoining retail park. |
| 3. | Prior to any work commencing on the parking spaces hereby permitted detail shall be submitted of works to ensure the development does not adversely affect the stability of the adjacent flood protection bund. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the flood bund is maintained in a satisfactory condition. |
