| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | Within 3 months of the date of the office being demolished, the refinishing of the exposed wall of The Old Mill shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
