1.	The site is within an area identified on the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan Deposit Version as Landscape Important to the Broadland Scene where it is the Council's policy to only permit development that would not have a significant adverse impact on the landscape character and traditional build form of the area,or destroy or damage features of landscape importance which contribute to the character of the area. The proposal is contrary to this policy in that the erection of two aerials would by virtue of their lattice construction and excessive height give rise to an obtrusive and alien feature which would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality and to the character of the Broadland landscape.
