1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Within 3 weeks of the date of this permission details of a revised parking arrangement to provide for the deletion of the access on Exmouth Road and for 4 customers parking spaces adjacent to the office/store shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the site shall not be used other than in complete accordance with the details as may be approved. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the provision of adequate parking and turning facilities within the site in the interests of highway safety.
3.The vehicular access on Exmouth Road which has been blocked off shall remain closed and notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995,no vehicular access to the site shall be formed on Exmouth Road without the prior permission in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings.
4.No vehicle repair work shall be carried on outside the workshop building and, except for the need to move vehicles in and out, the roller shutter door to the workshop shall be kept closed whilst any work is being carried out. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings.
5.There shall be no paint spraying of whole or part of vehicle bodies anywhere within the application site. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings.
6.No work on vehicles shall be undertaken on any Sunday or Bank Holiday or outside the following hours :- Monday to Friday - 07.00 hours to 19.00 hours. Saturdays - 07.00 hours to 13.00 hours. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings.
