| 1. | The proposal constitutes an overdevelopment of the site and if approved would, because if its close proximity to the rear of the existing adjacent dwellings, give rise to an unneighbourly form of development which would be detrimental to the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings by reason of overshadowing and loss of visual amenity. Furthermore the bulk and design of the building would be unsympathetic to the surrounding properties and thereby detrimental to the visual amenities of the area. |
