1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as Summerfield House, Home Farm, Tower Road, Fleggburgh. The reason for the condition is :- The site lies outside any area in which the Local Planning Authority would normally permit residential or holiday development and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the accommodation.
