| 1. | Within 28 days of the date of this permission the fence, which is the subject of the application, shall be repositioned not less than 2 metres from the western edge of the sea wall. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that future maintenance of the sea wall is not impeded. |
