1.	This permission expires on 31st.October 2000 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is :- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and to ensure that the proposed use does not prejudice the continued industrial use of the Millora Works site by the erosion of parking and servicing space required by the Council to be provided for industrial premises.
