| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No construction work shall take place on the site on any Sunday or Bank Holiday nor on any day except between the following times:- Monday to Friday 0700 - 1900 hours Saturday 0800 - 1300 hours unless such work is associated with an emergency or carried out with the approval of the Local Planning Authority.
