1.	The proposal constitutes an unacceptable form of backland development likely to result in nuisance to adjacent dwellings by virtue of increased traffic movements and having an unacceptable relationship with the nearby dwellings on Thrigby Road.Furthermore the proposal would introduce additional traffic along Thrigby Road in the vicinity of the school and the junction with the A1064 where traffic problems are already experienced and would therefore be contrary to the interests of highway safety.
