Application No.:- 06/95/0518/O - Division of site to form two residential
unit sites.

Particulars of details submitted for approval:- External appearance,
siting, design and means of access. |
| 2. | Before the dwelling is first occupied the access and parking area shall be
constructed as shown on the submitted plan and shall be surfaced with
either concrete or hot rolled ashalt
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the formation of a satisfactory access and parking area in the
interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General
Permitted Development) Order 1995, no fence or gates shall be installed
at the access to the site without the prior permission of the Local
Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that the area is kept available for car parking at all times and
in the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
a) The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the
proposed vehicular access must be upgraded in accordance with the Norfolk
County Council's residential access specification from the near edge of
the existing carriageway to the front boundary of the application site.
b) The Council's Access Officer has requested that, in the interests of
disabled persons,the applicant may wish to to make the house 'accessible'
by providing :-
(i) ramped approaches
(ii) level standing at door
(iii)flush thresholds, and
(iv) wide (838 mm.) easy to open doors. |
