| 1. | The holiday units shall only be occupied during the period from 28th February to 14th January in the following year. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the holiday units are not used as permanent units of residential accommodation contrary to the provisions of the Deposit Version of the Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
