| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No development shall commence until full details of the exact type and colour of materials to be used in the construction of the shopfront have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity as no such details have been submitted as part of this application. |
| 3. | The entrance door shall not be hung so as to open outwards over the public footway. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of pedestrian safety. Informative Note. The Council's Access Officer has indicated that the internal doorway to the optician should also have a level approach,flush threshold and an easy to open door (900 mm.wide). This permission does not purport to convey consent for the signs shown on the submitted plan and for which a separate application is necessary. |
