and roof tiles have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning
Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of
these materials have not been submitted. |

| 4. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be
incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people
with disabilities :-
(i) level or ramped approaches to all doorways (1:20 maximum slope
preferred),
(ii) level standing at doorways,
(iii) flush thresholds, and
(iv) wide (900mm preferred, 838mm minimum) easy to open doors.
The applicant is reminded to comply fully with the requirements of
conditions 3,5 & 6, except in respect of the provision of a 1.5 metre
verge on planning permission 06/97/0815/O. |
