| 1. | The proposed conservatory does not integrate with the character of the main house in a satisfactory manner on account of its design and the choice of materials and the development is considered contrary to Policy B11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. If allowed it is considered that this could set an undesirable precedent for development proposals in the Broads area generally. |
