| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan, Drawing No. 001A, received by the Local Planning Authority on 9th July 1998. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | No work shall commence until full details of the external roof cladding to be used have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as such details have not been included on the revised plan mentioned in condition No. 2. |
