1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The permission hereby granted is an alternative to the permission granted under Ref.No.06/98/0157/F to incorporate 10 Marlborough Terrace into Homelea Residential Home and shall not be carried out in addition to that permission. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the residential home is only used to the extent contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. Informative Note. The Council's Access Officer has suggested that consideration be given to the modifications shown on the attached sketch plans to make the premises suitable for aged and disabled residents.
