| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The external trunking, principal fan, and dust collection unit shall be acoustically dampened and or provided with acoustic screening in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Environmental Health Officer and such works shall be completed prior to the unit being brought into use and shall thereafter be maintained in that approved condition. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings. |
| 3. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th June 1998. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
