1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The office accommodation hereby approved shall only be used in connection with the existing Class B1 office use as shown on the submitted plan and shall not be let as separate office accommodation without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the premises and to ensure that the use of the site takes place in the manner contemplated by the Council on the grant of this permission. Informative note. a) The Council's Access Officer has suggested that consideration be given to the provision of a ground floor unisex toilet to suit both able bodied and disabled people. b) This permission does not purport to convey consent for any external alterations or for the installation of any external flues or vents details of which must form a separate planning application.
