| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The existing post and rail fence adjacent to the highway boundary shall replaced with close boarded fencing of a minimum height of 1.1 metres and the play area hereby approved shall be positioned clear of the highway boundary and be fully enclosed by fencing prior to the use commencing. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
