No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The precise location and timing of the phases of flood defence work shall be in accordance with details that shall have first been submitted to, and approved in writng by, the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To minimise disturbance to birdlife during sensitive periods.
3.Notwithstanding the submitted details the flood protection measures between chainages 5.26km and 5.65km (restoration of estuarine berm) and between chainages 4.5km and 4.7km (protection of existing saltmarsh) shall be revised in accordance with amended details which shall first be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of nature conservation.
4.On completion of the project all improved accesses, junctions, turning areas, passing bays, storage compounds and all other areas altered as a result of the works, apart from the flood defences themselves, shall be restored and landscaped in accordance with details that shall have first been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority unless there is written agreement to the contrary. The reason for the condition is:- To restore the landscape in an appropriate manner on completion of the project.
5.On completion of the works the footpath shall be constructed and seeded in accordance with details that shall be first submitted to, and approved in writng by, the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To retain control over the nature of the footpath provided.
6.No works shall take place on the site until such time as details of Traffic Mitigation Measures has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority and all vehicular traffic associated with the project shall thereafter abide with these details. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety.
