| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The bay window hereby permitted shall be erected in accordance with the dimensions indicated on the drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th July 1998 and the subsequent amendment to that drawing endorsed by the applicant on 23rd July 1998. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
