| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Before any work is commenced full details of the type of fence and gate to be erected shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the details as may be approved. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity as no such details have been submitted as part of this application. |
| 3. | The gate shall be hung so as to not open outwards over the highway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. Informative Note. The Council has indicated that the use of any form of metal sheeting as a fence will not be acceptable. Continued on next page. |
