1.	The proposed wind turbine is considered to have a significantly adverse effect on the landscape character of an area which, under the Deposit Draft of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan Report on Objections, published on 1 July 1998, is recommended to form part of a 'Landscape Important to the Broadland Scene' and, for this reason, is considered contrary to Policy NNV4 of the Plan.
2.	The scale, height and visual characteristics of the proposed Wind Turbine are such that it would have a significant adverse effect on the local landscape, in particular the adjacent Broads area and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the settings of nearby settlements and Listed Buildings, on local amenities generally and, in particular, on the amenities of the occupiers and users of nearby properties and lands, and, for these reasons, the proposal is considered contrary to Policy INF2 of the Draft Deposit of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan, as recommended to be amended in the Inspector's Report on Objections published on 1 July 1998.
