The proposed extension would by virtue of its mass and close proximity to the site boundary result in a cramped and overbearing form of development of excessive length which would unacceptably harm the outlook and privacy of the occupiers of the neighbouring dwellings and would thereby be contrary to Policy HOU25 (h) of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan Deposit Version.Moreover the proposal would be detrimental to the residential character of the locality and to the visual amenities of the street scene.
