| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan, Drawing No. 171/1 Revision A, submitted with the agent's letter dated 6th May 1998.
