| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st April 1998 in so far as it relates to the provision of car parking. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the permission relates to the correct document. |
| 3. | No storage shall take place on the car parking and manouevring area indicated on the approved plan. The reason for the condtion is:- In order to ensure the retention and availability of the approved car parking areas. |
