1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Informative Note. The Council's Access Officer has requested that where feasible all paths should be ramped to finish at a level standing and that all gates and openings should be a minimum of 900mm. wide in order to provide easy access for wheelchair users and persons with Children's prams/buggies.
