| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No part of the development shall impinge on or overhang the rear access road and no door, gate or window shall be hung to open outwards over the rear access road. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. |
