1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The residential home shall not be used to accommodate more than five elderly residents. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the premises are used in the manner contemplated by the Council on the grant of this permission. Informative Note. The Council's Access Officer has suggested that in the interests of disabled persons the following items should be provided:- a) ramped approaches, b) level standings at doorways, c) flush thresholds, and d) wide (838mm. minimum) easy to open doors.
