| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The granny annexe shall only be used by the occupiers of Katrina, Cess
Road, Martham, or their dependants, as ancillary accommodation to the
existing dwelling and shall not be let separately as dwellinghouse or for
holiday purposes.
The reason for the condition is :-
The site lies outside any area in which the Local Planning Authority would
normally permit residential or holiday development and to enable the Local
Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the accommodation. |
