| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The proposed access and parking areas shall be configured in accordance
with the submitted drawing number 51297/1A and shall be available for use
when the unit hereby permitted is first brought into use and shall there-
after be kept free of obstruction and used for the parking and manouvering
of vehicles.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to ensure the retention and availability of the approved parking
and manouvering areas. |
| 3. | The proposed access to the car park shall be constructed to Norfolk
County Council residential access specification for a distance of 4.5
metres measured into the site from the near edge of the existing carriage-
way.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the provision of a satisfactory access to the site. |
| 4. | The proposed access to the industrial unit and operational area shall be
constructed to Norfolk County Council industrial access specification for
a distance of 4.5 metres measured into the site from the near edge of the
existing carriageway.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the provision of an adequate access to serve the industrial use
of the premises. |
| 5. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials
have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of
the materials have not been submitted. |
| 6. | Before the development is commenced a scheme of planting and landscaping
shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and
the planting of trees and shrubs shall be carried out in accordance with
the scheme as approved within six months of the approval. Any trees and
shrubs so planted which dies within 5 years shall be replaced within one
year by the applicants or their sucessors in title.
