| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | This consent shall enure for the benefit of Mr.D.A.Holmes only and only for such period of time as he may be residing at 32 North River Road and using the application premises for the manufacturing and sale of pine furniture and the consent shall not enure for the benefit of the land nor of any other person for the time being having an interest therein. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 3. | No goods other than the pine furniture manufactured on the premises shall be retailed from the application site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is outside any area allocated for retail purposes. Continued on next page. |
