| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Details of the following shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to work on that part of the development taking place and that work shall proceed only in accordance with the materials and specification agreed:- 1. Rainwater goods 2. roof glazing 3. facing bricks 4. joinery The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development approved. |
| 3. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) level or ramped approaches to all doorways (1:20 maximum slope preferred), (ii) level standing at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, and (iv) wide (900mm preferred, 838mm minimum) easy to open doors. |
