| 1. | This permission expires on 31st January 2001 and unless on or before
this date application has been made for an extension to the period of
permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority
the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of
the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of
the locality. |
| 2. | No storage shall take place on the car parking and manouevring area
indicated on the approved plan.
The reason for the condtion is:-
In order to ensure the retention and availability of the approved car
parking areas. |
| 3. | Prior to the use hereby permitted being brought into use details shall
be submitted showing the layout of parking bays to serve the development
proposed and works shall be completed in accordance with such details
as may be approved before the use commences.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the provision of adequate parking to serve the development
proposed. |
| 4. | The indoor kart racing circuit shall not operate outside the hours of
10am and 10pm on any day and the vehicles shall not be operated in the
area surrounding the building.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the amneities of the locality. |

| 6. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be
incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people
with disabilities :-
(i) level or ramped approaches to all doorways (1:20 maximum slope
preferred),
(ii) level standing at doorways,
(iii) flush thresholds,
(iv) wide (900mm preferred) easy to open doors,
(v) a unisex disabled persons toilet all to part "M" of the Building
Regulations standards with baby charger,
(vi) seating/service areas at levels to suit wheelchair users. |
