| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The gates fronting King Street shall be installed in accordance with the revised drawing submitted with the agent's letter dated 5th.August 1998. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding condition 2 above the screen shall not incorporate the initials shown on the submitted drawing and notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992,no lettering or sign of any kind shall be fixed or displayed on any part of the gates and screen hereby approved. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity. |
