1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th.February 1998. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. Informative Note. The Council's Access Officer has requested that where feasible all paths should be ramped to finish at a level standing and that all gates and openings should be a minimum of 900 mm.wide, in order to provide easy access for wheelchair users and persons with children's prams/buggies.
