| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The front wall of the garages as extended shall not be closer than 5 metres to the edge of the highway carriageway. The reason for the condition is :- To enable vehicles to stand clear of the carriageway whilst the garage doors are being opened or closed in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | The extended garages hereby approved shall only be used for private domestic use and shall not be used for any form of business or commercial activity. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
