1.	Before the projecting sign is displayed details providing for a smaller bracket of a design appropriate for a Conservation Area shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the sign shall not be displayed other than on the type of mounting bracket as may be approved. The reason for the condition is :- To enhance the character and visual amenity of the Market Row which is located in a Conservation Area.
