| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The day care facility hereby approved shall only be operated between the hours of 9.00am. and 3.30pm. on any day and shall not be attended by more than six persons at any one time. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the use of the premises takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission in the interests of the residential amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | The premises shall only be used as a day care centre for young adults with learning difficulties and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the premises in the interests of the residential amenities of the locality.
