| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The Class A2 office use hereby approved shall not be carried out in any other part of the building outside the area shown for that purpose on the approved plan. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
