1.	A further renewal of planning permission to allow the site to continue to be used as a temporary car park would be contrary to Policy TCM26 of the Council's Suggested Changes Report in relation to the Deposit Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan, given that the current use commenced in 1990, the applicant has not demonstrated that alternative uses have been fully investigated and in its present form the site detracts from the appearance of the area.
