| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The proposed vehicular access shall be constructed to Norfolk County Council residential access specification from the near edge of the existing carriageway to the front curtilage of the property prior to the garage hereby permitted being brought into use. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the access is of a satisfactory standard. |
| 3. | Any gates installed at the proposed vehicular access shall be hung to open inwards only. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
