| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987,the premises shall only be used as a private boxing club and shall not be used for any other purpose falling within Class D2 Assembly and Leisure without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is outside any area allocated for leisure purposes in the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan Deposit Version. |
