| 1. | The sign board shall be positioned in accordance with the amended site
location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th January
1998.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt, in the interests of highway safety and in the
interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The size of the sign board shall accord with the dimensions indicated on
the amended drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th
January 1998.

| 3. | The height of the bottom of the sign board above the ground and the means
of support shall accord with the details indicated on the drawing received
