| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The vehicular access should be constucted in accordance with Norfolk County Council residential access specification along the frontage of the site and notwithstanding the details shown on the submitted drawing details shall be submitted for the provision of an impervious surface to the parking area and works in accordance with such details as may be agreed shall be completed prior to the parking area being brought into use. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the construction of a satisfactory parking area adjacent to the County Highway. |
| 3. | No gates or other means of enclosure shall be installed across the frontage of the parking area. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the access does not become obstructed in the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | Prior to any work commencing on the parking area hereby permitted details shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority of the fencing to be erected at the rear of the area and the work shall be completed in accordance with such details as may be agreed prior to area being brought into use. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality which is a Conservation Area. |
