| 1. | For a period of 3 years from 31st January 1998, expiring on 31st January
2001, the occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to:- (a) a person
solely or mainly employed, or last employed, in the locality in agriculture
as defined in Section 336 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or
in forestry (including any dependants of such a person residing with him
or her), or a widow or widower of such a person; or (b) a person or persons
for the purposes of holiday accommodation; after which time the dwelling
shall only be occupied by a person as defined in (a).
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of
the site as the proposed holiday occupancy is contrary to the Authority's
policy for this area. |
