| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The structure hereby allowed shall remain in situ only when operational and should this cease to be the case the equipment shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development. |
| 3. | At the next planting season following the completion of the development hereby approved the site shall be landscaped with planting the details of which shall have the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To mitigate against the visual affects of the structure approved. |
